Delete your Land Rush account

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@goalgames.cc.
Use the subject line Land Rush — delete my account.
In the message, write your empire name and how you sign in: the Google account, your Telegram username, or that you play as a guest.
We delete the data listed below within 30 days and reply to the same email when it is done.

You do not need to open the game or sign in to send this request. The form below only opens a letter in your mail app. It does not send anything to our server.

Data we delete

Within 30 days of a request we can match to an empire, we delete:

The empire: its name, nation, resources, buildings, army, research, scores, and achievements.
The sign-in links we store: Google account id, Telegram user id and username, and the guest install hash.
The session cookie lr_session stops working once the account is gone. We do not keep a copy of your email address.

Data we keep

Purchase records (product id, purchase token, and order id only). Kept for as long as Land Rush operates, so the same Google Play purchase cannot be granted again on a new empire. We never have your card number. The purchase itself stays in your Google account, and Google deletes that under Google’s own rules.
Messages and battle reports already delivered to other players. Those copies stay in their empires, because removing them would change another player’s game. Your empire name may still appear there.
Advertising data held by Google AdMob. We do not store your advertising id. To reset it, use Android settings. Google’s retention is described at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not keep your IP address as part of the account.

Как запросить удаление

Отправьте письмо на privacy@goalgames.cc.
Тема письма: Land Rush — delete my account.
В тексте укажите название империи и способ входа: аккаунт Google, имя пользователя Telegram или что вы играете гостем.
Мы удаляем данные из списка ниже в течение 30 дней и отвечаем на это же письмо, когда удаление сделано.

Чтобы отправить запрос, открывать игру и входить в неё не нужно. Форма выше только открывает письмо в почтовой программе. На наш сервер она ничего не отправляет.

Какие данные мы удаляем

В течение 30 дней после запроса, который можно сопоставить с империей, мы удаляем:

Империю: название, нацию, ресурсы, здания, армию, исследования, счёт и достижения.
Привязки входа, которые храним мы: идентификатор аккаунта Google, идентификатор и имя пользователя Telegram, хеш гостевой установки.
Cookie lr_session перестаёт действовать вместе с аккаунтом. Копию вашего адреса электронной почты мы не храним.

Какие данные мы оставляем

Записи о покупках (только id товара, токен покупки и номер заказа). Хранятся, пока работает Land Rush, чтобы одну покупку Google Play нельзя было выдать повторно на новую империю. Номера карты у нас нет. Сама покупка остаётся в аккаунте Google, и Google удаляет её по своим правилам.
Сообщения и боевые отчёты, уже доставленные другим игрокам. Эти копии остаются в их империях: удаление изменило бы чужую игру. Название вашей империи там может сохраниться.
Рекламные данные Google AdMob. Рекламный идентификатор мы не храним. Сбросить его можно в настройках Android. Сроки хранения Google описаны на policies.google.com/privacy.

IP-адрес в составе аккаунта мы не храним.
